The Crack Depth Meter NOVOTEST DEPTH MASTER is a high-precision portable instrument designed for measuring the depth of surface-breaking cracks in products made of ferromagnetic metals and alloys, including stainless steel and duralumin, which have been previously detected by any other method.

The crack gauge is designed to measure the depth of cracks appearing on the surface of metals and alloys (including stainless steel, duralumin, titanium), previously detected by other methods.

The device uses the alternating current electropotential method, which allows to determine the depth of a crack more quickly
and accurately than with traditional testing methods (ultrasonic and eddy current).
